Refund policy

As our products are made to order and produced individually for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

🚫  No Returns or Exchanges

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
As all our items are made on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preferences.

📦  Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging if applicable
- Once your claim is approved, we will either:
- Send you a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund to your original payment method

💸  Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued.
